Same-Day Refills and After-Hours Visits

Do I ever need to drive to the office in Tustin?
Most patients are treated entirely by telehealth and never need to visit the office. In-person visits in Tustin are available by appointment for anyone who prefers them or when clinically needed.
Can I get a same-day Suboxone refill?
Same-day telehealth appointments are offered when available. If your regular prescriber is unavailable or you are running low, book online or text (714) 922-0017. Every refill requires an evaluation, and same-day appointments and prescriptions are not guaranteed.
How much does a visit cost?
Self-pay visits are $99 each. An optional $199 Care Package covers up to 4 visits within 30 days for patients who need closer follow-up. Medication and lab costs are not included. Select insurance plans are accepted.
Can I be seen in the evening or on a weekend?
Regular telehealth hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific. Visits outside those hours may be arranged by appointment — text (714) 922-0017 with the time you need. After-hours and weekend availability is not guaranteed.
Can I switch to Acorn TeleMAT from my current Suboxone provider?
Yes. Patients transferring from another prescriber or restarting treatment can schedule a telehealth visit. Bring your current dose and pharmacy information to the appointment.
