This includes Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, San Diego and Imperial counties, the Central Valley and Kern County, the Sacramento Valley, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the Central Coast. In Northern California, we serve Redding, Red Bluff, Chico, and Oroville in the Northern Sacramento Valley; Yreka, Alturas, Susanville, Weaverville, and Quincy in Siskiyou, Modoc, Lassen, Trinity, and Plumas counties; and Eureka, Crescent City, Ukiah, and Clearlake on the North Coast and in Lake County. We also serve Truckee, South Lake Tahoe, Bishop, and Mammoth Lakes in the Sierra Nevada.
Can I get Suboxone online anywhere in California?
Yes. Adults who are physically located in California at the time of the visit can meet with our California-licensed nurse practitioner by phone. If Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) is medically appropriate, the prescription is sent to a pharmacy you choose.
Can I get a Suboxone refill without visiting an office?
Yes. Established patients and patients transferring from another prescriber can be evaluated by telehealth. Every refill requires a clinical evaluation, and prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate.
Does Acorn TeleMAT serve rural California communities?
Yes. Telehealth visits are available in all 58 California counties, including rural and remote areas where local Suboxone providers can be hard to find. You need a phone and a nearby pharmacy that can fill buprenorphine.
Can I get same-day Suboxone treatment in California?
Same-day telehealth appointments may be available depending on the schedule. Book online or call or text (714) 922-0017 to check. Same-day appointments, prescriptions, and pharmacy availability are not guaranteed.
Can I receive Suboxone treatment if I live far from Tustin?
Yes. Most patients are seen entirely by telehealth and never need to come to the office. In-person visits in Tustin are available by appointment for patients who prefer them or when clinically needed.
Can my prescription be sent to a local pharmacy?
Yes. When a prescription is appropriate, it is sent electronically to the pharmacy you choose near your home. We recommend calling the pharmacy first to confirm it has buprenorphine in stock.
Does Acorn TeleMAT provide after-hours appointments?
Regular telehealth hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific. Evening and weekend telehealth appointments can be requested by text at (714) 922-0017 and depend on provider availability. We do not offer 24/7 or walk-in care.
