Online Suboxone Treatment in Bakersfield & Kern County

Talk with a California-licensed addiction medicine nurse practitioner by phone — from Bakersfield, Delano, Wasco, Shafter, Arvin, Taft, Tehachapi, Ridgecrest, California City, Lake Isabella, or anywhere else in Kern County.

Treatment That Fits Kern County Distances and Schedules

Kern County is one of the largest counties in California. From Ridgecrest or California City, Bakersfield is a long drive across the desert; from Lake Isabella or Kernville it means the winding Kern River Canyon on Highway 178; and from Tehachapi it is a trip over the pass on Highway 58. Even inside the Bakersfield area, an office appointment can mean taking time off from an early farm, oil-field, warehouse, or shift-work schedule.

With a phone visit, you skip the drive and the waiting room. You can take the call from home, your car, or a private spot at work, and your prescription is sent to a pharmacy close to you. Read more about how online Suboxone treatment in California works.

  • Call the pharmacy before your visit to confirm it stocks buprenorphine/naloxone. Smaller-town pharmacies may need to order it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get Suboxone online if I live in Bakersfield or elsewhere in Kern County?

Yes. Adults who are physically in California at the time of the visit can talk with our California-licensed nurse practitioner by phone. If Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) is medically appropriate, the prescription is sent electronically to a pharmacy you choose in Kern County.

I live in Tehachapi, Ridgecrest, or Lake Isabella. Do I need to drive anywhere?

No drive is needed for a telehealth visit. Most patients are treated entirely by phone. In-person visits are available only at our Tustin office in Orange County, by appointment, for patients who prefer them.

Can I get a same-day Suboxone refill?

Same-day appointments are offered when available. Book online or call or text (714) 922-0017 to check the schedule. Every refill requires an evaluation, and same-day appointments, prescriptions, and pharmacy dispensing are not guaranteed.

How much does it cost?

Self-pay visits are $99 each. An optional $199 Care Package covers up to 4 visits within 30 days. Medication and lab costs are not included. Select insurance plans are accepted.

Can I be seen outside regular business hours?

Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific. Visits outside those hours may be arranged by appointment — text (714) 922-0017 with the time you need. After-hours and weekend availability is not guaranteed.

Which pharmacy will my prescription go to?

Any pharmacy you choose. Before your visit, call to confirm it has buprenorphine/naloxone in stock, and have a second pharmacy in mind in case the first is out.
